Hidden in Douglas park, cache contains a log only.
You will need to bring a pen/pencil.
A little twist will help to open the cache, and please don't put the lid back on too tight.
5Ps&aDJ finally hit 500 cache finds. This hide is to honor that milestone. The cache is a micro hidden in a small container, with only a log and no room for trade items or a pencil. Cache is hidden in Springfield's Douglas Park located at 400 N. MacArthur. Parking is available off of either MacArthur or Madison. Once at the park you will find ball fields, Frisbee gold, a band shell (concerts during the summer by the Municipal band) and plenty of area to walk or have a picnic. You will also find (maybe) this cache and two other caches located in the park (GCY5WM and GCYP4Z).
Happy hunting and remember to bring a pencil.
