We love Fawlty Towers, so much that we decided to name our Travel Bug hotel for the name on the sign at the beginning of one of the episodes! This cache is intended to be easy to find as it is a Travel Bug Hotel. - This one is Refurb because it has been refurbished, and we hope it will be even more successful than our preious Travel Bug Hotel, Watery Fowls! as it is more convenient being at a layby, with easy parking, and is just off the main road between Bangor and Belfast.
This is a Travel Bug Hotel, and like Fawlty Towers, whose guests don't stay very long (except for the Major and the two old gentleladies), we hope that any Travel Bug placed in this cache doesn't stay here very long.
Please feel free to drop off any Travel Bug you would like to send on it's way, discover any that are already here, or retrieve any from here that you would like to take for a wee journey.
Please sign the log as normal, and please remember to log your find, and your Travel Bug activities, just in the same way you usually do. There is no need to place swaps here.
The cache container is a 1.0 litre container that has been concealed in an outer camo container which blends in with it's surroundings and doesn't look out of place.
The container holds a log book, a pencil and a stash card explaining that this is a Travel Bug hotel.
PLEASE EXERCISE ALL YOUR ANTI-MUGGLE TACTICS, AND MAKE SURE YOU REPLACE THE LID SNUGLY. IT ONLY FITS IN ONE WAY AROUND.
THIS CACHE HAS BEEN PLACED IN CONSIDERATION OF THE 'LEAVE NO TRACE' PRINCIPLES.
This cache is intended to be as easy to find as possible so even the least experienced cachers can locate it without causing them any difficulty, and to ensure that cachers do not cause any damage to the woods, as per the Forestry Services agreement with geocaching.com.
