Geocache Description:

This is a night cache. Bring a flash light.

I have been trying to hide a cache in this park for awhile now but the tree cover makes it hard to get a good signal. I ran across a night cache while traveling this summer and found the answer to my problem.

Start at the above coordinates and using a flashlight find the refective trail marker. Follow the markers until you get to the cache.

*****You must hold your flashlight at eye level to see the trail markers.****** I tested several types of flashlights have found that a bright adjustable beam light works best. Maglite or even Mini Maglite work good.

After finding the cache use your GPSr to go back the starting location. You will find it easier than trying to follow the trail markers back.

Stay on the trail but watch your step in the dark.

The park is open from 5am until 10pm.
