Geocache Description:

Visiting from out of town? Want to meet other cachers in the area?

Want to hear those fun stories first hand? Need help with a cache?

Want to know about GPS units?

Are you just getting into geocaching and want to meet the people writing the logs you read?

Do you want to know some of the secrets to solving those tricky puzzles?

What software are people using? What's GSAK?

What is mils? How does your GPS work? How do you route?

Want to know the answers to those questions and more?

Join local cachers at the CCC 'Let's Talk Geocaching' Workshop. We get together here 4 times a year - December, March, June and September.

Next meeting:

----> Thursday, June 15, 2017 <----

Dovercourt Recreation Centre
411 Dovercourt Ave.

Upstairs lobby area

7-9pm

This month's workshop topic(s):

Summer Caching Tips & Ticks, er...Tricks. Bring along your caching bags - and any other TOTT (Tools of the Trade) that you'd like to share with the group.

Specialty items especially! Hints and tips for getting to and retrieving the cache most appreciated too.

Meet, greet, and share that important TOTT arsenal so that friends can put out that PAF when they find themselves in need of hip waders, a ladder, a UV light and 20ft of rope one day...!

Family friendly, all are welcome.

Great way to get questions answered, swap geocoins/Travel Bugs, and find out what is going on in the geocaching community.

Bring your GPS, laptop, questions, and enthusiasm!

FREE WiFi available.

Please RSVP (by posting a 'will attend' on this page)
