#6 in this series is dedicated to the lovely Kelly Clarkson.
The title seemed to fit this location for a few reasons. Firstly, you're at a rest stop on a highway. Are you breaking away from something? Going on a road trip? Or are you just here for a "picnic"?
Upon closer inspection at ground zero, I noticed tons of brown cocoons. Then, I noticed there were even caterpillar bodies still hanging around that must have gotten stuck at some point during their attempt to breakaway.
I'll spread my wings, and I'll learn how to fly
I'll do what it takes till I touch the sky
I would absolutely love it if you wonderful cachers could post pictures of the cocoons (and what comes out of them!) during various stages of their life cycle. It would be wonderful to be able to see how these look throughout the years.
The cache is an easy find, you will need a pen. Plenty of parking here, and there are port-a-potties and picnic benches.
