This offset micro is hidden in a little-known, but historically significant park in northern St. Mary's County, Maryland.
The original chunk of a pencil is still in the container as of Sept. 2008, but you should bring your own writing implement.
The listed coordinates will take you to one of the plaques in the park. The actual cache is in the park somewhere, but in order to determine the location of the actual cache, you will have to grab some numbers from the plaques and signs in the park and perform some calculations. All of the plaques, signs, and the cache are in the park area. You might need a calculator, but chances are good that you can figure the answers with a pencil and paper.
Please take care to return the cache to its original, out-of-sight position.
There is no need to enter the fenced area; all clues and the cache are outside the fence.

All coordinate units are DECIMAL DEGREES. Need to convert from degrees/decimal minutes? Most GPS units will perform this conversion.
Define LISTED_LATITUDE as the website-listed latitude in NORTH decimal degrees.
Define LISTED_LONGITUDE as the website-listed longitude in WEST decimal degrees (Note: LISTED_LONGITUDE is a POSITIVE NUMBER - be careful with this)

Find the plaque placed by the Society of the Ark and the Dove. The officers are listed for what year? Call this number Q
Calculate the following, in order:
R = P + Q
S = R - 3599
T = S / 100000
FINAL_LONGITUDE = LISTED_LONGITUDE - T
