Geocache Description:

This is an unusual bit of sculpture in Toronto's Market Square district.

The stone-carved heads of Christ’s Apostles were rescued from St Luke’s Church after it was demolished in 1960. They were then mounted on the back wall of the North Market in 1967 as part of a Centennial year project.

The cache is a magnetic hide-a-key and should be easy to find. Please be respectful of anyone who might be eating their dinner in the courtyard of the adjacent restaurant. Access to the cache is from the public area. More specifically: Do not go into the restaurant courtyard to look for the cache!

Update: The heads are not visible right now as the building is undergoing extensive destruction/renovations. The cache is still where it belongs.
