Once you go to the posted coordinates, park, and hit this link in your browser, Adams Adventure , and the Intercache program will tell you where to go and what to do next. You can walk this one if you choose, but its pretty automobile friendly too, and you may feel safer. As usual, be aware of your surroundings and I wouldn't recommend this one at night, even though we ride our bikes through here at night with the UBFM.
Follow the instructions on the screen, answer the questions posed to you and, eventually, reach the physical container at the end of your tour.
Tip: Your phone isn't as sensitive as your regular GPS unit. Give it time to settle in. I have set the proximity requirements to be within 10 meters of the coordinates at each point to enter your answer.
Notes
- This is a new way of looking for a geocache. It is possible that you may encounter some problems.
- I recommend that you do NOT leave the browser during play. At minimum, don't open a new web page. The developer successfully switched apps while playing/testing an intercache, but if you close the browser window, you may have to start over.
- It's safe to let your screen timeout while walking. When the screen times out, your GPS *should* go off and not waste battery. When you turn your phone screen back on, it might take a few seconds for the app to get your coordinates again.
