Geocache Description:

This cache is not at the posted coordinates. Instead you will find yourself at the start of two pathways with rock engraved into the path and a name of an Australian place on a label.

To start this cache figure out the word find. (Go to the gallery to print off the word find.) But here is the catch; you have to visit the coordinates and go along the pathways to get the words you need to find, in the word find. (None of the names of the places are the little states underneath the main word.) Eight of the names of places there aren’t in the word find. You have to find these words and then do the following.

All the eight places you now have order them in alphabetical order then break up all the names of places into two groups by taking all the words with the first letter A-N in one group and all the words that start with O-Z in another group. Start with the A-N words. To find .sss turn all the letters into numbers. To do so follow this code. A=1 B=2 Z=26. Add them all up and the last digit should be odd.Now add 10 to your answer and your secret number is .sss.

Next do the same with the O-Z words. Turn the letters into numbers and add up all the numbers your last digit should be odd now add 249 to your final answer and that will give you .eee. For one of the eight words there is an abbreviation of ‘and’ which is shown as a &. For this take out the abbreviation and fill it in will the word ‘and’. Make sure you count it in when you turn the letters into numbers.

So the final coordinates are at: S 35° 17.sss E 149° 08.eee.

The coordinates are a little off because of all the trees overhead. So use the hint to get an accurate whereabouts of where this cache is. This cache in near an old fortress me and my friends built when I was younger. But someone destroyed it and if you look closely you can see the old fortress ruins.

If you decide to go to the the park make sure you don't have you dog within 10 meters of the playground. It is a rule. That is why I have not put dogs in the attributes because they are allowed or disallowed depending on where you go.

To get the word find go to gallery and copy and paste the word find onto a word document then print it out.
