The Wakefield Way is a 75 mile walking route around the Wakefield
Metropolitan District and offers an introduction to the area's
variety of attractive landscapes and wealth of
history.
This
cache is the nineth and final cache on a section from
Middlestown to Horbury Bridge. Although not strictly on the
Wakefield Way it is 50m from it and it would be a shame to bring
you so close to Horbury Bridge without giving you a chance to peer
over it.
The paths in
this section of the Wakefield Way are buggy and
wheelchair friendly.

will also join in and place caches along The Way until we complete
the circuit and encircle The Merrie City in a ring of tupperware.
