AW - Bluejay Traditional Geocache

This cache has been archived.

Tom.dog: I am removing certain geocaches that are physically degraded, that represent potential private property conflicts, or are preventing otherwise properly maintained geocaches from being hidden in "choice" locations. This is an effort to provide better maintenance and care for some of my other caches in Colorado as I prepare for a future in which visits to this region will become more sporadic.

Geocache Description:

Bluejay

Welcome to the American Wildlife (AW) Series, which when complete, will total 50 NON-MICRO caches hidden throughout El Paso, Douglas, Teller, and Elbert counties. Inspiration for this series came from a panel of American Wildlife stamps issued by the USPS in 1987, featuring 50 different examples of mammals, insects, birds, amphibians, and sea creatures found within the United States.

My hope is that you may see a few of these animals during your work in finding this series! You will certainly be able to see each animal within it’s respective cache, and I ask that you please do not remove it!

Have fun, CITO where needed, and good luck!
