[PL] Zjazd Związku Legionistów Polskich
8 sierpnia 1926 r. na placu Wolności w Kielcach odbyły się główne uroczystości V Zjazdu Związku Legionistów Polskich oraz zakończenie III Marszu Szlakiem Kadrówki. Obchody uświetnił przyjazd marszałka Józefa Piłsudskiego i jego żony Aleksandry. Dostojny gość uczestniczył we mszy polowej, celebrowanej przez kapelana ppłka Stanisława Cieślińskiego. Po mszy odbyła się defilada i uroczyste poświęcenie sztandaru kieleckiego Związku Strzeleckiego.
Tego dnia przemawiając do zebranych Józef Piłsudski powiedział; „Kielce są wyjątkowo drogie myślom i wspomnieniom wielkiej części legionistów, bo tu był pierwszy pocałunek wojny, bo tu był pierwszy krok do awantur naszych girlandy..”

On August 8, 1926, on the Freedom Square in Kielce, the main celebrations of the 5th Congress of the Polish Legionnaires' Union and the ending of the 3rd March with the Trail of Kadrówka took place. The celebration was honored by the arrival of Marshal Józef Piłsudski and his wife Aleksandra. A dignified guest attended the field mass celebrated by the chaplain, Colonel Stanisław Cieśliński. After the mass, there was a parade and solemn dedication of the banner of the Kielce Rifle Association.
On this day, Józef Piłsudski spoke to the gathered people; “Kielce are uniquely dear to thoughts and memories of the great part of legionaries because here, was the first kiss of war, because here was the first step to the adventure of ours garland”
