The posted coordinates bring you to the Veterans monument where there are two plaques. Find the one honoring Veterans rather than Lions. Use the day of the month that plaque was placed as X in the coordinates for the final. Add the digits of the year that plaque was placed and add 2; use that as Y in the coordinates for the final. The final is visible with your eyes at N 39 59.4X8 W 76 28.1Y1.
