This is one in a series of caches entitled "Take a Hike". There are no puzzles, no multi's, no challenging hides in this series; instead, what they share in common is a good hike in the woods, enjoyable in any season.
I have been so thrilled with my "discovery" of this Essex Railway trail that I decided to place another cache out here, following the old railway bed. You have two choices here. If the water level is low, or if you are feeling adventurous, you can do this cache at the same time and from the same parking as "Take a Hike: The Essex Railway" cache. Otherwise you can do this cache as a separate hike, coming from the southern end of the railway trail (see parking coords below). There does not seem to be any other way to approach this cache without trespassing across private property (i.e. barbed wired fields), so ... enjoy your hike!
