CITO @ Waikareao Estuary Cache In Trash Out Event

It’s CITO week so come and help us clean up the Waikareao Estuary in Tauranga.

What is a CITO? Cache in Trash Out is a geocaching initiative aiming to clean up our environments.  

When: 9am Sunday 24th September 2017
Where: Waihi Road entrance to the Waikareao Walkway

Where to meet: At the Parking Area - the only way to this parking area is by turning off from Waihi Road (eastbound), onto Takitimu Drive.  Then take the first left into the carpark.

What to Bring: You might want to bring your gumboots. We’ll provide rubbish bags and disposable gloves if needed.

We’ll aim to go for an hour. There’s also a few caches nearby if you want to go looking. As it’s CITO week you can earn a virtual souvenir.
