This location is a very popular spot - the Harvest Festival grounds. I don't know if it's a better idea to find the cache during the festival so you can enjoy it all, or better in the off-season so you can get the cache without muggle trouble. Have fun either way!
Cache is a very small, black plastic lock 'n lock container with a log, pencil and some small trade items. Don't motor too far away from the entrance to the grounds!
