Not many covered bridges left. I put this micro here to showcase the bridge. Easy find - log only. Bring your camera, but leave the spray paint at home - this place has enough urban art graffiti already.
All that remains of a once thriving industrial complex in the heart of northeast Georgia is this recently reconstructed bridge and a dam across Chickamauga Creek east of Helen. No need to go on the bridge!
