Taka izveidota 2005. gadā. Taka, kas ļauj piekļūt jūrai Bigauņciemā. Pa koka laipām gar Siliņupes krastu un mežainām kāpām tā ļauj nokļūt plašā smilšu pludmalē pie vecā mola. Takas garums 0,4 km. Dabas takas sākumā šosejas malā ir neliels auto stāvlaukums.
Taka izveidota 2005. gadā. Tā atrodas uz Lapmežciema un Bigauņciema robežas un izskatās kā koka dēlīšu laipa gar Siliņupi, kas aizved līdz jūrai, kur apskatāms vecais Lapmežciema mols. Siliņupē bieži novērojami ūdensputni – meža pīles, lauči, zivju gārnis u.c. Īpaši ainaviska laipa un tās nobeigums pludmalē izskatās saullēkta laikā – šajā Rīgas līča pusē saule lec „no jūras”.

The trail was established in 2005. It allows access to the beach in Bigauņciems. Along wooden stairs, following the Silinupe River bank and through forested slopes, it leads to a wide sandy beach near the old pier. The length of the trail is 0.4 km. At the beginning of the nature trail, there is a small parking lot by the roadside.
The trail, established in 2005, is located on the border of Lapmežciems and Bigauņciems. It resembles a wooden plank path along the Silinupe River, leading to the sea where the old Lapmežciems pier can be seen. The river is often inhabited by waterfowl such as ducks, swans, and fish herons. The trail offers picturesque views, especially at its end on the beach, where the sunrise can be observed over the sea on this side of the Riga Bay.
