Geocache Description:

Safe parking is available if you enter from Belair Rd; however the "Coconut Man" spares no one that ventures his way!!

I am sure most of you have heard of “The Jersey Devil” that has haunted the Pinelands of New Jersey for more than 260 years or maybe, “The Lizard Man of Scape Ore Swamp” that was first spotted in the swamp lands of Bishopville , SC in 1988 which sparked a lizard man hunt for months, from the general public and officials from all over the world, or even our best known mystery creature “Bigfoot” that primarily inhabits the Pacific Northwest however will occasionally vacation in other parts of the country and has been seen people watching and will pause from time to time for a fuzzy photo.
BUT!!! There is one creature so hideous, so sly, and frightful that it strikes fear into locals just to speak its name, this could be why only a few know of his existence!
IT IS!!The notorious, and greatly feared,
“COCONUT MAN of the CSRA“
The Coconut Man is so feared by locals of the CSRA that most are unaware and terrified just to speak its name, however with the most recent sighting so close at hand we feel it is our duty, as a CSRA Cacher ,to warn those of you whom may have never heard of the terror and devastation its has unleashed on locals in the past, and of what may lurk ahead for us, if you are one of those thrill seekers that MUST hunt Coconut Man, PLEASE BEWARE, for his eyesight is impeccable and he will see you long before you see him. You may catch a whiff of sweet coconut as the distance between prey and predator is shortened but if you hear a blood curdling shriek you will be spared from the coconut man for the coconut man is as silent as the night.
Never let it be said that have not been warned, for just the sight of the Coconut man will be a life changing experience!!!!
