243 meters (797 ft) high with forty-eight stories above and three stories below ground.
Shinjuku Central Park is located around the Tokyo Metropolitan Government.

This building has the observation room.（Free of charge）
The observatories are places for visitors to deepen their understanding and interest in Tokyo and the Tokyo Metropolitan Government while enjoying an amazing view.
To access the observatories take the Observatory Elevator from the 1st Floor of Main Building No. 1.

If you have time, enjoy a full view of Tokyo from 202 meters above the ground.
