This is an LPC cache You know a Skirt Lifter what more can I say?

OK I marked an "Overall Difficulty Rating" of (1) but who knows some might find it hard to find. You don't know maybe some forgot their glasses or don't know what an LPC is?

The "Overall Terrain Rating" that's a (1) for sure unless you didn't park in the right place or keep tripping over your shoe laces? Then I might mark it a (1.5).
