Geocache Description:

This cache is near a small wood called The Lynch, situated between the village of Brimpton and the Kennet and Avon Canal.

This is a two part multi-cache incorporating a quiz. The first part is a small black tube 5 inches long with a grey pop off cap on one end. Inside you will find a small sheet with several general knowledge questions, the answers to which can then be used to give you the co-ordinates of the second part of the cache which is a small ammo box painted green and containing the usual selection of goodies.

The quiz sheet contains all the information you need to calculate the location of the main cache and involves using the numerical answers to the questions to work out the co-ordinates. We think the questions are fairly easy but you of course may think differently, hence the difficulty rating.

The path to the cache is fairly easy going with just one or two places which may be a little muddy in very wet weather and one small ditch to cross which, unless it has been unusually wet, will be easy to step or jump over.

Both parts are within easy sight of the path so please be vigilant and please ensure that they are well covered and hidden when replacing them.

There is plenty of room to park at N51, 23.180 W001, 12.190.
