Do NOT park at ground zero. Do NOT stop your car at ground zero. The Columbia Bypass was built for trucks and they use it. Find a safe place to park (the visitor center about a half mile south is one official place to park as is the parking just south of Veterans Memorial Bridge; plus there's a nano cache there - GC6YWH3) and walk to it. Grab it and move to a less conspicuous place to sign. Container is easy to find and may get muggled. If you can, wait for no vehicles driving by. Please do not leave any travel bugs in it. I put some small toys inside, but they and the travel bug were muggled. It's been muggled multiple times.
