After a run of warm January days, this man had a plan for a flash mob next to an iconic KC fountain on a mid-winter day. It's not quite as great of a plan to build a canal, but it will have to do.
It could be warm and sunny and the water could be running.
It could be snowy and blustery and the water could be freezing.
Either way, it is a pretty spot.
If you choose to attend, you may not be smiling, but you can earn a smiley.
