Jurassic Park (1993) remains one of Spielberg's greatest achievements and helped revolutionize special effects in modern cinema. I can still remember seeing this film in theatres as a young boy, glued to the screen in a hypnotic trance as the dinosaurs came to life on the screen. The technical genuis involved in such a landmark film is beyond description and has paved the way for many other contemporary films' special effects. Not only does the movie serve as a tremendous thrill-ride, but it does explicitly beg moral questions relating to modern science and technology.
