The route is reasonably accessible for most as the walking is mainly on large (but sometimes muddy) easy-to-follow tracks, but the last few metres getting to a couple of the caches may be a bit more interesting (but not too hard or serious) - hopefully families will enjoy it. As this is mainly in woods this is a route of small or regular sized caches too - except one micro! (I couldn't resist)!
So, this is the bonus of the Little Doward series and is letterbox hybrid type cache with a non-swapable rubber stamp in.
To find it you will need to find four clues hidden in some of the 8 Little Doward series caches - A, B, C and D - and then put them into this simple co-ord equation:
N51 50.A+B W002 40.C+D
And it's as easy as that!
The cache is a regular sized tub but with a smaller green container inside with a rubber letterbox stamp and pad in. Please, please, please leave the stamp in the cache!
Many thanks to The Woodland Trust who gave permission for this series.
