Geocache Description:

Like most people who stay in Cape Town I have been in this area many times, but have never been here. Amongst all this building and concrete jungle it is amazing to see that a bit of nature has been kept safe.

When driving on Ratanga Road turn off at the traffic lights into Century Boulevard (S 33° 53.169’ E 018° 30.595’).
At the first traffic circle turn into Century Way (S 33° 53.184’ E 018° 30.705’).
Follow the signs and park at (S 33° 53.270’ E 018° 30.750’).

If you are a bird watcher bring your binoculars but otherwise just relax for a few minutes and listen to the world rush by. There is a entrance fee and the hours of operation are 07h30 - 17h30 daily.

Child (3-12yrs) - R 4.00
Child (Under 3) - Free
Pensioner - R 4.00
Family (2 Adults/ 2 Children) - R 20.00


It is a quick and easy 5-minute walk from the car to the cache.
