This Cache is located in a small, but busy park behind the Galion Community Center YMCA. There is a band shelter here, and outdoor concerts are held here once a week throughout the summer. On July 4th, many people traditionally watch the Galion Firework display from this park. There are two picnic shelters located on the grounds. The Softball Field is the home of the Lady Galion Tigers Softball Team. There are practice football fields here as well as the football and track stadium. The walking path/road is about a ¼ mile long, and many walkers, runners and bicycle riders can be seen using this park. Because it is so busy, you must use EXTREME STEALTH when looking for the cache. Perhaps you can disguise yourself as someone just enjoying a “walk in the park”! The cache has room for small tradable swag. Please bring your own pen!
