9Key: I spent about 45 minutes looking for the final in the location(s) described by Troygeocache. No luck. I even checked the original spot of the final. Just for fun I checked the first stage and it too was gone. It's time to let this one go, unfortunately.

The area is now open for new geocaches!

Geocache Description:

This greenbelt is near Vaughan Elementary School in Allen. A nice walk along the creek.

This is a 2-stage cache. Coordinates for stage 2 are located in a film canister at stage one. Stage 2 is an ammo box further along the creek’s edge. One creek crossing required, but it can be an easy one!

6/16/4: Oops! Placed new coordinates in stage 1. Now they correctly point to the final stage. Also, we placed this cache in winter. Thorns and foliage are thicker now. Easier to approach stage 1 from the west, stage 2 has a slightly easier approach that is not straight in.

12/4/4: Replaced the item holding the coordinates for stage 2. They are in posted in the same oven, but instead of a film cannister, we used a more appropriate holder that we hope is easier to find.

02/19/05: Checked the item holding the coordinates for stage 2. They were missing but are back now!
