This is a simple 2 stage GADGET cache.  A code will need to be deciphered in the field. You will need a special tool that you most likely already have with you. I am assuming you have a general mode of transportation and listing as a Terrain 1 in an effort to keep it wheelchair accessible.

At the posted coordinates you will need to locate a clue that will guide you to the final coordinates. It is in open view and can be found from the comfort of your own vehicle. You will know it when you see it.

Once you have the clue in sight, you will know what to do. It is a sign of what is to come. Pay very close attention to it. You may need to study the clue more than once to get all the final numbers but I hope it is an enjoyable experience for you.  ALL the information you need to access the cache is in the clue. A pen (which you should have) and paper will also come in handy at the first stage.
