This fourth incarnation of this cache and a return to the Church Micro series has been timed so that it will be available on Fri 7th November 2014, to celebrate the 7th birthday of the Church Micro Series. Lullington Church is reputedly the smallest active church in England. It has not always been this way. 
This delightful church was first built in the thirteenth century and was originally three to four times as big. It served the thriving community of Lullington and Lullington Court in 13th century. The Black death wiped out the population during the 14th century and Lullington was abandoned. The church was subsequently burned down during the Cromwellian period (late 1500's) and when rebuilt was basically what can be seen today, although it has been restored several times. It has no electricity. Once in the Churchyard area you need to find the gravestone of the Wimbush family, in order to locate the final cache. Tom Wimbush was born in 2A June 1BDC and died EF March 1964. You will find the cache at North 50 48.ABC East 000 10.DEF. All contents of the previous cache have been transferred to this one. The cache container is large enough for small TB's and goodies.
