Craig Ddu cache is situated between the Cei Bach to Gilfach y Halen stretch of the Cardigan Bay coastal path. This cache was originally laid in June 2005, Due to erosion of a near by bank near the site it was moved to a less scenic place in July 2005. We have now decided to return it near to its original site, as it makes a great resting place to sign the log and take in the beautiful views.

Views.
There are lovely views across Cardigan Bay, which is reputed for its dolphins. Directly below Craig Ddu is a little sandy/pebbly beach, only accessible from Cei Bach beach on a low tide.
Other Information.
In the mid nineteenth century Cei Bach was notable for its shipbuilding. Click on Shani bob man. to find out more about this local character. Dogs are allowed but must be kept on a lead.
