The posted coordinates will take you to the edge of the town's golf course on the main highway.
Looking up the highway that heads to Perth you can see a truck parking bay and the Ceduna Oyster bay.
The carpark will be replaced by the highway as it loops around the marina.
The Oyster Bay and that section of highway will be gone dredged up to let the sea into this area.
