For the cachers that didn't find it , I am sorry.
If you are still scrathching your head as to how to find it .....Here are the "no longer relevant" clues.
On the western side of the road there was a unrestricted sign..You had to get down under it and look up to find the next set of co ords. These took you across the road to the pipeline and almost under the pipe was the small sistema box in a snaplock bag almost buried.
If you could have seen us placing it, it really was hilarious. Lets face it how many women and children(white ones) sit along the pipeline in the midday sun.
