Nil: Archived do to wind farm construction traffic. The area has become busy, so less fun to stop and stretch at. Also I don't want it to be discovered accidentally.

The construction should be wrapping up by October-December timeframe and I will put it back up then.

Geocache Description:

This cache is placed in Negra NM with the permission of the land owners. It used to be a watering stop for old steam trains. We don't know the purpose of the buildings, or much about the history of this small town. There is a cemetery directly east of this cache.

If you follow the dirt road south, you will go through Pinos Wells and eventually end up in Cederville NM. It's a long drive with some salt flats and interesting old country. However, please do not go down the road to the west, that is a personal driveway.

The cache is an ammo can and is super easy to find. Its just a place to stretch your legs and sign a log.
