CITO Week
***Bramble Bashing at Hucclecote Meadows 13:00 – 15:30***
Saturday the 22nd September
15th September to the 23rd September, geocachers around the world will gather at events to clean up the geocaching game board: Planet Earth. Planting trees, removing invasive species, or simply tidying up your neighborhood can all earn you the 2018 CITO souvenir when you attend a CITO event.
Parking: There is some on street parking opposite the reserve on Laxton Road (or in many of the other side streets nearby).
Where: We will meet by the pond in the first field (published co-ordinates).
What: With the summer almost over it's time to show the brambles whose boss and reclaim the fence lines.
How:The Countryside Ranger will be there providing guidance and any necessary tools. Gloves and cutters will be provided but bring your own if you prefer.
Health and Safety: All health and safety rules apply. Children will need close supervision and pets kept under control.
