Annbank is a village in south Ayrshire in Scotland close to the east Ayrshire border situated 5 miles east of Ayr close to the River Ayr. Originally a mining community Annbank is now popular with tourists and is an ideal base for visiting the attractions of Ayrshire. Surrounded by beautiful countryside and dairy farms the village has shops and amenities, a village hall, park, sports-complex and bowling club. There are many hotels, holiday accommodation and places to eat in and around the area. The wildlife reserve is at nearby Enterkine Estate and Rozelle House Galleries has interesting art and museum collections of Ayr.
