Keystone: I was alerted to check this cache page because of the "Needs Archived" log. I see that the cache page and cache location waypoint were changed significantly after publication, circumventing the review process. The current cache design does not meet the Geocache Hiding Guidelines. Accordingly, I am archiving this cache page.
