This ONC is placed at the VFW Post in Smyrna. It was placed with permission of the Post Commander, Brad. He does request that cachers please park at the very upper end of the parking lot while hunting. Also, please be respectful of this area and remember to CITO if you can while hunting.
There are four holidays during the year where parking may be scarce. Those days are Memorial Day, July 4, Labor Day, and Veterans' Day, where the post holds Open House. You are welcome to cache on those holidays as the public is welcome to come inside Post 8422 and find out about the VFW, or just visit.
