Geocache Description:

* NOTE * the published coordinates above are actually in Bank Road at the entrance to the parking lot for this cache. This is an important part of the cache experience since this is where I want you to start. The view is one of the BEST in Wyoming County!!

The coordinates for this cache are listed in a post from October 2007. Please read some of the posts regarding this cache to get an idea of what you are in for. This used to be part of a two-part cache experience but alas the first cache has been destroyed and not able to be replaced. Enjoy!!!!

This cache has been placed in the 2.580 acre New York State "Carlton Hill" Wildlife Management Area on Bank Road in the Town of Middlebury. There are several trails and parking lots in this Park and lots of wild and scenic places off road. For this particular cache a well-used horse trail can be followed to within 100 feet of this cache. The terrain is hilly with some stream crossings but there is no need for bushwhacking unless you want to. The exact coordinates for this cache can be obtained from me by contacting me at www.wycogeocache.com through the "Contact Us" link ,using the "I solved your GeoRiddles" subject and telling me the answers to the GeoRiddles obtained from the Stony Creek Ridge cache.

The cache is a retired 50 cal ammo can, painted black and stuffed full of really nice goodies including a www.wheresgeorge.com dollar and a camera to catch all of the smart successful GeoRiddle solvers. This cache has been placed under a fallen tree that is near a run-off stream. I think that is all you need…. except for coordinates of course, but you will have to have some fun first and answer the GeoRiddles.

In the meantime have a lot of fun on this one and enjoy a little bit of Wyoming County and the Warsaw Area.
