“Andriyvsky uzviz” (Andrew's Descent) is the street that You can to descend from the ancient part of the Kiev city on the hill to the flat part of the city (Podil). The street runs between Vladimir’s hill and the Castle hill in Kiev.
I would dare to call “Andriyvsky uzviz” as "Kiev's Monmartr." There are always a lot of artists and shops with all kinds of souvenirs.
This view of the “Andriyvsky uzviz” is made from the Castle Hill. St. Andrew's Church is visible right at the top.

You can get to Bulgakov’s veranda from the side of the main entrance of the museum. Veranda is the last room in the excursion.
