Geocache Description:

Šiaulių geležinkelio stotis – geležinkelio stotis šiaurės Lietuvoje.
1871 m. įrengtas Liepojos–Romnų geležinkelis, pastatyta stotis.
1916 m. nutiestas geležinkelis Tilžė-Ryga (Latvija), o 1931 m. – geležinkelis Šiauliai-Klaipėda.
Sovietmečiu stotyje įrengtas geležinkelio muziejus.

Šiauliai Railway Station is a railway station in Northern Lithuania.
1871 Liepaja-Romnu railway was built, the station was built.
1916 the railway Tilžė-Riga (Latvia) was built, and in 1931 the - railway Šiauliai-Klaipėda.
In the Soviet era, a railway museum was installed at the station.
