This series is for Lori who has been vegetarian for over a decade (if we ignore the "sausage salad incident"). Despite this malnourished lifestyle choice we have still managed to do 20 mile hikes, 100 cache days, and 10,000 ft. peaks. I'd never be able to keep up with her if she ate some real food!
