Where: Northern Nevada HOPES, 580 W 5th St, Reno, NV 89503. Tel.: (775) 786-4673. We will meet on the Third Floor in the Community Room. Please access the building via the south entry adjacent to the parking lot, then take the stairs or elevator to the third floor. Then proceed west to the Community Room.
When: Thursday, March 1, 2018, from 7:05 PM to about 9:00 PM. Feel free to come and go at any time.
Who: Anyone wanting to meet and greet other geocachers and talk geocaching, or learn more about the sport, or trade or discover trackables, or exchange or display geocache containers.
Cost: As you choose. The suggested donation for use of this room is 25 dollars for a group of up to 25 people. We will pass a hat. Please feel free to attend this event without regard to your capacity to contribute.
Food: No food is available on site, but there are two restaurants across the street and several others in the immediate vicinity. Attendees are welcome to bring their own food and beverage to the event. (Alcohol is not permitted.)
Security: The parking lot behind the building is open during the event. The building is locked. If you arrive later than 7:15 PM, look for a telephone number posted at the entry, either on a handwritten note or written in marker on the window; call; someone will come down to let you in.
