La Casa dei Fantasmi
... La villa sorge un po' fuori
Buonconvento verso sud su una collina isolata, lungo la
Cassia.
Costruita intorno al 1910 in stile Liberty da Luigi Saverio
Ricci un giovane facoltoso poco più che ventenne, culturalmente
preparato ma molto sfortunato.
Sembra che Villa Rondinella fosse dedicata ad una donna
sconosciuta, realizzata forse a coronamento di un sogno d'amore che
lo sfortunato giovane non riuscì a realizzare.
La costruzione della villa assorbì tutte le risorse finanziarie del
giovane costringendolo a venderla ad uno zio ancor prima di averla
completata. Dopo poco la vendita il giovane morì dal
dispiacere.
Forse la sfortuna che aveva colpito il giovane, o forse la figura
idealizzata della giovane donna sconosciuta, alimentarono la
fantasia popolare del tempo che volle villa Rondinella invasa dai
fantasmi...
...Io penso che a tutti noi
piacerebbe vivere in una villa bellissima come questa, circondata
da un grande giardino nella fantastica Val D'Orcia, eppure vi
garantisco che in tanti anni che passo spesso da quì non ho mai
visto anima viva...
ma naturalmente questa è solo una delle tante leggende

sopra la casa ?. Me ne sono accorto effettuando photo
editing...vedete anche voi quello che vedo io? Due occhi il naso ed
una bocca urlante...
The Haunted House
... The house is located at south of
Buonconvento, on a hill along the current SS No 2 Cassia.
The house was built around 1910 in "Liberty Style", by Luigi
Saverio Ricci a wealthy young man, culturally prepared but
unfortunate. The house seems to be dedicated to a unknown woman,
perhaps as a fulfillment of a dream of love, that the unfortunate
young man could not achieve.
The construction of the house absorbed all the financial resources
of the young man, forcing him to sell the house to an uncle even
before having completed. Shortly after the sale of the house the
young man died from displeasure.
Perhaps because of the misfortune that had befallen the young man,
perhaps the idealized figure of the young unknown woman, the
popular imagination wanted Villa Rondinella invaded by ghosts
...
... I think we all like to live in a villa like this
surrounded by a big beautifull garden in the wonderful Val D'Orcia,
but I guarantee you that for many years often pass in front of the
house and I never saw a live person...
but of course this is one of many Tuscany
legends...
