Geocache Description:

The next stop on the third leg of the trail around Manningham. This section is GeoCaching themed: A-Z

This is in a suburban park, I know. I'm not a big fan of hides in playgrounds either; BUT it is far enough away from the play equipment.
So long as you dont draw attention to yourself- it is easy to slip under cover out of sight of the playground and get down to hunting.

For some the hunt IS just "About the numbers" and sometimes, on a 'must cache day' it is exactly that.
And on power trails like this, it is hard to stop at just one when they are so accessible, so chalking up a few more for the stats isn't so bad is it?

But for some the fun is in the getting out, the planning the route, searching the map, the thrill of the hunt, loading the PQs, charging the batteries, packing the snacks, loading the dogs, pumping the tyres, the fun of the company of like minded crazy cachers, and enjoying the process.
Sometimes that means logging a DNF, or collecting some rubbish, or laying in the sun just a bit longer.

The longer we enjoy this game, the more numbers we collect but that is a measure of the fun had, not our why. And hearing about your "why" makes reading your logs so much better.
