A Dam Micro Multi-Cache

This cache has been archived.

Team Panda: I'm closing this series down for good. The muggle rate is just way too high and I've learned from it what I needed to learn. (These were some of our very first caches.)

My thanks to the many cachers who visited these caches during the time they were up, I hope you enjoyed them as much as I did. Truth be told, I'm kind of sorry to close it down but doing so will allow me to devote more time to some new, bigger and better caches.

Thanks again to all who visted and made this series as successful as it was,

Ken

How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Near Blakely Dam, this cache is almost a drive-up. Container is a 35mm film can with a rolled paper log and small pencil inside. Coords for the next leg are written at the top of the scroll. This cache is very easy to get to but perhaps a little harder to find.

This is the first cache in a 4 stage Multi-cache and all four stages will be set up so that the cacher gets credit for four individual finds rather than one multi. (You'll earn it!)

There is a place to park within 50 yards of the cache and muggles should not be a problem as long as you use a modicum of discretion. While this stage is very easy access, the third stage involves some very difficult terrain, please look at all of the cache pages involved before attempting this Multi!

Please be careful to replace this cache exactly as you found it so that the next cacher will have as much fun as you did. Thanks! I'd also like to take this opportunity to dedicate this multi-cache (Team Panda's first!) to Geocachers, Jerry, Bonnie, and Abbey! We have learned most of what we know about Geocaching simply by watching JB&A's great example and geocaching in this part of Arkansas would be a very barren sport without their constant contributions. Maybe we'll meet up on the trail some time. Thanks folks!
