Some local cachers may remember the series of caches named "PROBOB was on Vacation" which published on August 8, 2012. The description read "Have you ever tried to get a first to find on a cache only to find out that Probob swooped in, usually in the middle of the night, to find it first? Well here is your chance: Probob is on vacation."
Well, Probob is going to be on vacation in Hawaii the night of our October event, and we are hoping that an EXPLOSION of new caches will publish the night of the event - FTFs for all cachers who attend and need an October FTF, or who just want to get even with Probob for one of those caches he has beaten you to since that night in 2012.
Cachers who would like to contribute a fresh new hide: you are not limited to the immediate event area, but please make sure that PROBOB and HAWAII are in the cache name, and send your substitute host (The Frito Bandito) the names, GC#s and coordinates for the cache(s) you have hidden for the event. Be sure to tell the reviewer not to publish your cache until 10:00 PM the night of the event.
