THIS IS A
DAYTIME ONLY CACHE!
This
cache will take you to the site of Shelby Hall. One of UA's newest
buildings, this building is one of the most interdisciplinary science research
and teaching facilities in the Southeast it houses Arts and Science Department
of Chemistry. While at the site please take time to visit the court yard
and walk around this wonderfully constructed buildings.
This cache should be done with a cell phone and a good friend with access to a
computer. When you get to the coordinates listed above, call your friend
and face the traffic light located at the corner of Campus Drive and Hackberry
Lane. Find the camera and wave! When you log your visit you must
post a copy of the photo that your friend copies for you.
To the computer operator you must go to http://www.as.ua.edu/shelby/work/index.html
. After the camera view loads, you must click on Pop-up
Live Image in the bottom right hand corner of the page. This
will open a new camera view, now you are ready to copy and paste your
picture.
To copy the
picture you must following the following steps.
1. Press ALT
+ Print Screen buttons simultaneously.
2. Now open
Microsoft Paint and past your image.
3. Save your
image to a file name and upload the image along with your log.
