ROTSIP: This cache was highlighted due to lack of response to Needs Maintenance logs, logged in September and October, to which there has been no response or Owner Maintenance log.
It is evident from the logs that the Cache Owner has been accepting virtual logging, or seekers are paying local vendors to sign the log sheet. These actions are not permitted, so I'm archiving it.
This will keep it from continually showing up in search lists. It can be unarchived by contacting me once repairs have been made and if it complies with the rules and guidelines at the time.

Please mention the GC???? number in any correspondence.
